Hershey Creamery Company was founded in 1894 by Jacob and his three brothers, Isaac, John, Paris, and Eli Hershey (No relation to Milton S. Hershey of the Hershey Company).
The ice cream plant was constructed in 1926 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Cameron Street. Hershey's Ice Cream has been at the same address since 1926! A true American company still employing US citizens and operating in the US.
